A Night Off: Self-Love Edition

13 February @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
£2.50

Treat yourself to a proper night off in this Galentine’s Self-Love special from The Anti-Burnout Club!

A Night Off Self-Love Edition is for anyone who’s tired of being told to “just love yourself” without anyone ever explaining how, or acknowledging why that can feel so hard in the first place.

This isn’t a motivational talk or a checklist of things you should be doing, it’s an evening of real, open conversation that will feel like a night with your bestie.

What to expect:

Often Unsaid Conversations

Our panel, made up of experts and real-life stories, will be talking about self-love in a way that actually feels relatable – what it really means, why it so often feels selfish or uncomfortable, and how to practise it without adding yet another thing to your to-do list.

We’ll cover the things we don’t usually say out loud, so you can leave feeling lighter and less alone.

A Self-Love Sound Bath

Hosted by the wonderful Mikaela from Innerminx, this is your chance to properly switch off and soak up everything you’ve uncovered about self-love at the end of the evening.

A Galentine’s goodie bag

Because who says Valentine’s gifts have to come from someone else?!

The Panel

We’ve roped in a group of experts and those with lived-experience to open up this important conversation around self-love:

Bex Spiller

Founder of The Anti-Burnout Club, Bex is someone who has been on a rollercoaster of a self-love journey, especially since becoming a mother. She’ll be hosting the panel and sharing some of her own experiences about finding herself again during motherhood.

Jemma Wilkinson

Jemma is a psychotherapist with experience working in Harley Street, the NHS, and private practice. She will be helping us dig into our stories and make sense of why self-love might feel so selfish.

Anupa Devi

Anupa is the host of award-winning podcast Root to Resilience, and her passion is helping people rise through life’s challenges. She’ll be looking at how more self-love can make us more resilient day to day.

Mikaela Elliot

Founder of Innerminx, Mikaela is a sound healer, confidence coach, and all-round empowering human being. She’s going to cover the topics many of us shy away from, including giving ourselves permission to really love ourselves.
